For more than a decade, Juan Martinez has worked with thousands of people, helping them find homes. Juan leads a Team of seasoned and professional Buyer’s  Agents, who are committed to making sure their home buyer process is efficient and hassle free. The Team focuses on making sure all Buyers needs are met and all questions answered. Juan and his Team work closely with Buyer on educating them on the home buying process, available home buying programs, and showing them available inventory. The Team works closely with preferred lenders and several local non-profits, which can help interested Buyers with financial assistance programs.

Juan works with a diverse group of clients.  He and his Team often work with owner occupants Buyers, many of which are within the under-served market. Juan, who was born and raised in Las Vegas, has a large group of returning customers, as well as new clients. Thanks to his widespread marketing and advertising efforts throughout the community, Juan has been named the #1 Buyer’ s Agent in Buyer Sales in Clark County by Advanced Listing Services.  Juan advertises in El Mundo, which is the largest Hispanic newspaper in Nevada. He can also often be heard on the weekly hour-long show, “Compre Su Casa HUD” on KRLV-1340AM. This show dedicated to Buyers interested in purchasing a HUD home. He is also a regular guest on a television show seen on Univision about Real Estate in the Las Vegas area.
